Meals at Mercy by the Sea
Three simple, healthy buffet meals are served daily, using local and organic produce when possible.
Breakfast: Alternates between hot and continental; boiled eggs available.
Lunch: Daily hot special, full salad bar, soup, bread, cookies, fresh fruit, and drinks.
Dinner: Hot entrée, vegetable, full salad bar, bread, house-made desserts, fresh fruit, and drinks.
The salad bar includes many proteins, starches, vegetables, and plant-based proteins.
There is an additional cost for all-vegan or all-vegetarian meals: ($2.50 for lunch and $2.50 for dinner).
Beverage station in the dining room open 24/7 (coffee, hot and iced tea, orange juice, cranberry juice, water).
Notes on special diets
Mercy by the Sea cannot provide medically required diets for allergies or medical conditions, personalized diets, or individualized weight loss plans.
Some gluten-free and nut-free options are available, but guests with severe allergies or strict needs should bring their own food or supplements. A refrigerator and microwave are available to guests.
