SoulCollage® begins with the process of choosing, trimming and then re-combining images on a 5” x 8” card to create your own personal deck of SoulCollage® cards. All you need is a good pair of scissors, pre-cut mat board cards, and lots of images. Anyone can do it!

You create your own deck of cards with deep personal meaning to help you with life’s hard questions. What you learn from each new card will draw you deeply into self-discovery and toward your own transformation. SoulCollage® delights, surprises and awakens you.

SoulCollage® is an embodied mindfulness practice. It offers an oasis of images that call you back home to your inner world through your senses. It offers grace-filled space to fuel your own forgotten flow of calm and creativity.

It fuels your intuition, encourages self-discovery, and supports you in accessing your deepest wisdom. Rediscover what matters most. Card by card, come home to yourself. I invite you to attend my in-person, half day SoulCollage® retreats in Weston, Massachusetts. These are your invitation to slow down, bypass the analytical thinking brain, and dive into the realm of images that call to you, unleashing your wisdom and creative power. Limited to eight participants.

I also travel to offer SoulCollage® to professional organizations, schools, and healthcare sites. Leaders of these organizations are mindful of employee burnout and want to provide “down-time” for colleagues to recharge by engaging in a creative activity that engenders stress reduction, camaraderie, and productivity. Join me as we begin a four-week book study of Seena Frost’s SoulCollage® Evolving in community. Together, we will dive into lively discussions about the architecture and the magic of SoulCollage® through Seena's eyes. You will be invited to share your reactions, ideas and questions, while making powerful connections to your own treasured SoulCollage® cards! Classes will meet live on Zoom from 6-8pm EDT for four Mondays in February: February 2, 9, 16 and 23. All are welcome!

Seena B. Frost, Founder

Seena B. Frost, M. Div., M.A. preferred to think of herself as the “birth mother,” rather than the “founder,” of SoulCollage®. Her first cards emerged organically, as gifts to her peers in “Human Capacities” program led by Jean Houston in the late 1980’s. She wrote haikus for each peer on index cards, and later began adding unique images to the other side. As she began using these cards, and witnessing the impact they had on her life and the lives of so many others, she began to see universal applications SoulCollage® and the power to transform the lives of all humans fascinated by the process.

Seena studied theology at Yale Divinity School and was a psychotherapist and mentor in California. She used healing modalities informed by the work of C. G. Jung and Richard Schwartz’s Internal Family Systems (IFS).
