Join Isabel Phillips, Mindfulness Meditation Teacher and SoulCollage® Facilitator, for a special afternoon with imagery and imagination. Isabel will lead you in a creative practice using images to reconnect with your inner wisdom.

You are invited to take a break from your thinking brain and spend an afternoon of grace-filled time following images that fascinate you. The space will be carefully prepared with images galore, meditative music, tea and snacks. All you need to bring is your curiosity and wonder.

What is SoulCollage®?

SoulCollage® is an engaging collage process of self-discovery created by Seena Frost. This process thrives on the “language” of images that by-pass the language of words. It evokes your deepest wisdom and intuition. For more information about SoulCollage® visit soulcollage.com.

SoulCollage® begins with the process of choosing and then combining images on a 5” x 8” card to create your own personal deck of cards. You will learn how to use any cards you create to further your self-discovery. What you learn from each new card draws you more deeply toward your own inner wisdom.

Peace House is a welcoming, contemplative space for intimate community gatherings. Peace House is accessible by public transportation and parking is free on residential streets in Cambridge on the day of this event.
